La estación de tren de Las Matas está a diez minutos andando, con conexión a toda la red de cercanías de Madrid y la Sierra Noroeste (El Escorial, Villalba, Cercedilla). Hay supermercados, restaurantes y bares cerca, el Casino Gran Madrid de Torrelodones y la Universidad UTAD. Es una zona residencial muy tranquila situada al norte de Madrid, sin problemas de aparcamiento y el transporte público funciona muy bien. Se puede dejar el coche aparcado y usar el transporte público evitando atascos y problemas de aparcamiento. Welcome to our lovely end of terrace house. You will stay in a newly refurbished double bedroom.Our private garden is quite large, you are welcome to enjoy it sitting, drinking, chatting or simply sunbathing. It is perfect to chill after a long day exploring Madrid and its many museums and attractions or the north west of the province, a mountainous area full of quaint towns and villages and home to some of the most impressive monuments in Spain. Our neighbourhood is extremely safe. There is a bus stop 50 metres from our house taking you to the Moncloa area of Madrid in 15 minutes. The local railway station is a ten minute walk and there are plenty of commuter trains going to Madrid city centre and other beautiful places like Aranjuez, El Escorial or Alcalá de Henares. In the proximity of our house there are plenty of amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, gym and petrol station. The "Curso medio del Guadarrama" regional park is literally at our doorstep and it boasts miles of trails for walking and cycling through hills and "encinas" (an evergreen oak tree). You might even get lucky and see a wild boar! Guest access The house has a cozy garden where you can have a drink and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped. We're a family of three who likes to meet people and learn about other cultures. Other things to note The atmosphere of the house is quiet and family-friendly. The house is located near Rozas Village and the Torrelodones Casino. Las Rozas business park and UTAD are very close, as well as close to Talgo workshops and Las Rozas business parks. Possibility of taking excursions if you have a car to places like El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila... and visit the Sierra Norte area of Madrid. The journeys are not too long. Public transportation to Madrid is 300 meters from the house. Possibility of train, Las Matas station 10 minutes walk. You can park the car and use public transportation to Madrid.
