Wheelchair accessible home near lake/park Norfolk

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place, perfect for all. The home is adjacent to beautiful Skyview lake with large park, play-ground area, fishing, kayaking, frisbee golf, 2 1/2 miles of hiking/biking around the lake, and more. Home is less than 2 miles from vibrant Downtown Norfolk which boasts small, independent businesses, where you can enjoy coffee, shopping, eating, bar hopping, art sculptures, and more. You can also find many name brand stores and restaurants close by. The space Bedroom is on a garden level with laundry across the hall. A lower level basement is used as a play room that has 2 couches, a Bowflex workout bench that you are welcome to use. The south side of the house has a large patio with chairs , grill and fire pit and is a perfect place to sit and relax, or listen to the music from the summer “Music in the Park” events or high school cross country track meets that run right by. Sky-view park and Norfolk as a whole have multiple special events throughout the year. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for two. However you can fit 1-3 more if necessary as there is enough room for a sleeping bag or twin air mattress on the floor. There are also 2 couches (I full couch and 1 love seat in the basement if you need them also) Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bedroom and any other part of the home except private bedrooms or master bath. The remainder of the home (bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, basement, laundry, living room, and loft) are shared spaces. Should you need anything at all, please let me know. Thank you Other things to note One of the bedrooms on the garden level is occupied by my son who was recently paralyzed in an accident and is now in a wheelchair. He will only need to use the bathroom once a day from around 8:30am-9:30am Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays. On Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays he uses the bathroom approximately 8:30 am - 10:30 am. During those times there is another bath that can be used.
