Welcome to our charming B&B, Daydream, in San Nicola L'Arena, Palermo! Imagine waking up just steps from the sea, with direct access to a quiet little beach. Enjoy crystal-clear waters, blue skies, warm Sicilian sun, and a gentle breeze all day long. Just a 3-minute stroll to the village for boat or dinghy rentals and delicious Sicilian food. We’re 30 km from Palermo, 50 km from Cefalù, and 2 hours from the Valley of the Temples. That's the perfect spot for your Sicilian escape. The space Your home-away-from-home is a private dépendance of our villa right on the seashore. You’ll share only the entrance gate, free parking, and the short path to the beach. The unit is completely separate, offering privacy and tranquility. We live quietly in the villa behind the garden—no kids, no noise. A small beach is right in front of the villa, and a larger one is just 150 meters away, with other beaches nearby. The village, 3 minutes on foot, has everything you need: bakery, pizzerias, restaurants, bars/lounges, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, post office, harbour, boat rentals, and shops. The train station in the village connects you to Palermo in just 30 minutes. Guest access You’ll have a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, and air conditioning, plus a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, wc, bathrobes, towels, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: new Samsung fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, electric juicer, pots, silverware, dishes, and glasses. Outside, enjoy a covered terrace for meals or relaxing on the couch, a sunny terrace, and an 80 m² lawn with sea views, all cooled by a gentle breeze. Other things to note Enter through the main gate, park your car for free (small size, max width 210 cm), and take 14 white steps down to the terrace, garden, patio, your apartment, and the sea gate. We’ll give you keys for the main gate, your apartment, and the sea gate so you can reach the water anytime.
