Welcome to our 500 m2 villa with a 1.500 m2 garden and swimming pool, surrounded by nature. Peaceful stay in the mountains, with privileged views to the Mediterranean Sea, located in a Natural Park, 15 minutes from Barcelona. Ideal for families, for company team building and retreats and for lovers of the outdoors, sports and nature. Our property lays beside hiking and biking trails and there are plenty of spots to explore with unforgettable sunsets and sunrises over Barcelona and the Sea. The space Wake up in a calm and exclusive environment, with Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea at your feet. Enjoy sunrise on the Sea from the home or the garden from September to May. Walk 10 minutes in a Natural Park to experience amazing sunsets over Barcelona all year round. The area is surrounded by trails ideal for hiking or mountain biking. There are monasteries, vineries, castles, roman ruins, horse riding, golf courses and more. We grew up in these mountains and in Barcelona, let us know your hobbies and interests and we can recommend you insider places and activities from sports to cultural, festivals, shopping, gastronomy and more. We love our city, Barcelona, and the surrounding area, and our home is located in a place where you can enjoy all the city life and wonderful Barcelona as well as its countryside, nature and sea. There are two private schools hosting summer courses for children, one of them is an international school, near hour home. We live near the beach, and in summer there are also sailing schools in the towns nearby. Our 500 m2 home has 5 fully equipped bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus three living rooms. Many of the rooms in our home have sea views. We can accommodate up to 12 people. Guest access The property has a 1500 m2 Mediterranean garden, located in a Natural Park, with sea views. In the garden you can find a summer living room, a swimming pool and a barbeque area. Our swimming pool features a safety glass fence for children. Other things to note Our property has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We can comfortably accommodate for 8 adults and 5 children, or similar combinations with 5 double beds, a single bed and a sofa bed to a maximum of 13 guests. Three of the four bathrooms have been recently renovated, and the four bathrooms are in good state. One of the main bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other renovated bathroom in the main floor has sea views, you can look at the sea while taking a shower. The bathroom on the second floor has a bath and a big window from which you can enjoy both sea and Barcelona city views. 8 to 10 people, 3 to 4 families can live comfortably in our home, and if you plan to come with up to 13 people, feel free to talk to us in advance to discuss options, so we can prepare towels, amenities and other things to make your stay enjoyable and smooth.
