Come and relax in the beautiful country side where life is simpler, people are kinder, the grass truly is greener. The barn loft is an open floor plan with over 800 square feet of room to enjoy. 'THERE IS NO KITCHEN'. WIFI is high speed Fiber. Dogs Daisy and Dolly are my Golden Retrievers, drive slow as Dolly is lame. The view from your private deck is the best with either a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Bring your favorite and enjoy a piece of paradise in the country. Located in the country side on a private farm. There is a large open floor plan with (2) Two Queen size beds, raised inflatable queen size bed (can be inflated upon request), couch, chairs, TV, table, walk in closet and bathroom w/shower. High speed Fiber WIFI. NO KITCHEN in this apartment but a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot,electric tea kettle and toaster. 3 Restaurants located within 1 mile as well as 2 art galleries, gift shops, antique stores and more. This is a private working farm with horses and dogs on site. Dead end street with very little noise other than the crickets and frogs. Horses do not stay in barn unless there is an emergency or illness in my herd. Barn is totally clean and odor free downstairs. Bringing a horse is a possibility with an additional charge. Must have a health certificate, current coggins and must not be a cribber. Four stall barn is beneath apartment. Would have to approve of this in advance with me. Please check with me regarding any animals for approval. Could sleep additional person on couch or giant bean bag bed that makes into a full size bed for children if necessary. You may wander anywhere on the farm you would like. Do Not enter paddocks without permission. Other things to note Dogs (Daisy & Dolly)will greet you every time you come and go. They are extremely friendly Golden Retreivers. Please drive very slow onto the farm, Dolly has bad legs and can move slow. Their is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renting the loft. I have had very young renters try to have parties at the farm which is not allowed. Contact me for permission if younger than 25.
