Four bedroom detached family home in Wembury

Visit peaceful and relaxing Wembury. Loads to do from the doorstep: visit the beach (15min walk or 3 min drive), access to the coastal footpath in both directions, stop in at the local pub or visit the other 2 within the parish. Lots of other beautiful beaches a short drive away and the city of Plymouth is 20 mins away in the car. Please note we have a friendly family cat who lives at the property, she is completely independent and will pop in and out but needs feeding once per day. The space A spacious four-bedroom detached house with a driveway and garden. The property features a large open-plan living area that includes a kitchen, dining space, and lounge. Additionally, there's a separate living room with a log burner (with a fire guard). The house has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds. One bedroom has a small double bed with a single bunk bed above. The fourth bedroom has a cot bed, no adult bed in this room (please see pictures). There are stair gates, a fire guard, cots, and a high chair if needed. Outside, there's a gas pizza oven and BBQ for outdoor cooking. The house comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests with children, though for adults only, it would be best suited to 6 guests maximum. This is our main home, which we occasionally rent on Airbnb when we're away. We also have a family-friendly cat who lives at the property.
