We would like to point out that our services are currently designed exclusively for private customers. We also welcome business guests, but only managing directors or management personnel. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accommodate tradespeople, as we cannot offer extra beds (we only have double beds for one person or a couple) and our equipment is NOT designed for this. The room is equipped with large windows that let in plenty of daylight and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The room itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. It has a cozy double bed, comfortable seating and a table, and a wardrobe. Next to the room you have access to your own bathroom with shower. A fully equipped and modern kitchen is at your disposal. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Included in the price are all utilities, such as electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The apartment is for guests only, no one lives in it. Each room has a door lock and is private. Guest access Guests have private bedrooms with terrace, and private bathroom. Shared spaces are kitchen with dining area, access to terrace with barbecue area, and parking in the courtyard. During your stay I am always available by phone or chat for all information. Other things to note Entering the apartment with shoes is not allowed, only with slippers or socks. Smoking allowed only on balcony.
