Unauthorized guests are not allowed and may result in cancellation of your booking. Our home doesn’t have air conditioning, but we’ve placed fans in every room to keep things comfortable, especially during warmer days. Guest access The shared upstairs living area is also available to guests and includes: • Cozy seating • A Smart TV for your entertainment • A small fridge, microwave, and a station where you can make your coffee or hot chocolate (for free!) • Fast and reliable Wi-Fi (NOTE) Shared Amenities: • Bathroom: The bathroom is shared and cleaned regularly for your comfort. However, since other guests may also use it, it may not always be spotless between cleanings. Your help in keeping it tidy is greatly appreciated. • Kitchen: is not included in the amenities. Your upstairs space is now fully separated with a door. You won’t see them, but you may hear some barking. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our family lives downstairs, so you may notice cooking smells. If that’s an issue, this may not be the right fit. Best for budget guests who don’t mind small things. PARKING INFO 🚗 No Back Parking There is no parking behind the house. If this is an issue, please consider before booking. This location is best suited for guests who plan to use transit or walk. 🚨 Front Street Monday to Saturday: Free: After 5:30 PM – 8AM Paid: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (max 4 hrs) Every Sunday is free the whole day.
