City center apartment with terrace

We welcome you to our charming apartment with terrace in the city center of Marseille, in a quiet area, close to the Palais Longchamp. We are a 15-minute walk from Saint Charles train station and 50 m from the T2 Longchamp tram stop. The space Our 70 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor of a very small building. We live there with our two children and rent it out during our holidays. The bedroom faces the street, but remains generally quiet and has effective double glazing. We have a kitchen open to the living room and a beautiful terrace. In summer, I prefer to warn that we do not have air conditioning and that it can be hot, fortunately the apartment is a through apartment and we have a fan.
