Jill's Place!

This is a brand new daylight basement airbnb with access to Cobeeseecontee Lake in Winthrop Me. 2 bdrm. 1 with a queen and 2nd with 2 twins. It is decorated with with white shiplap, beautiful hardwood floors and very light and bright. It is 160 ft from the lakeside where there is a very nice grassy area with lounge chairs, a dock, and a swimming area. 1 kayak and a peddle lboat included. 500 ft away from the Travis Mills restaurant "The White duck" 2 miles from the famous Cabin Masters! The space This is a lovely brand new daylight basement apt with 2 sliding glass doors. There is plenty of natural light. Beautiful hardwood floors, shiplap, and cheerful colors. The bedrooms are small but very comfortable. The kitchen is full size and open to a dining area and small area with a sofa and high top bar table with stools. One bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated in black,white and gold accents. it's very pretty with a black and gold chandelier. There is a t.v. in this bedroom with wifi. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds suitable for children. it has a small bureau and several hooks on the wall. The beds can be pushed together for a couple. This bedroom has a sliding glass door and gets lot of light. Guest access guests will have access to the lake which is shared by 3 neighbors. There are 3 lounge chairs, 2 kayaks, and a peddle boat for guests to use.. Please be respectful of the property and carry your trash out. Other things to note My kind neighbor and friend owns the " Right of way" to the lakeside. He is very generous to allow my guests to access a large grassy area and a swimming area ( way more than the 10 ft listed on my deed), so please be respectful. The beautiful lakefront is only 160 ft from the airbnb through a short path.
