Double Bed Room

- Well-located and pleasant house with bakery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shopping nearby. - Room has a double bed and cabinets, - 1 fan in the bedroom. - THE ROOM DOES NOT HAVE: TV, MINIBAR. - THE HOUSE HAS A SWIMMING POOL THAT CAN BE USED FOR A FEE. The space The space is nice and cozy and totally familiar. Guest access - The areas of the house may be used, but as the room is being rented and not the whole house, COOKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. - The house has a swimming pool, if you are interested in using it, an extra fee will be charged. During your stay - I will be present at all times to assist with whatever is needed. - We live in the house. - NOT ALLOWED: * RECEIVING VISITORS * PARTIES OR EVENTS, * LOUD NOISE, * COOKING, * SMOKING: USE OUTSIDE AREAS ONLY. Other things to note -The house has cameras and alarms. - Smoking: allowed only in the outdoor areas, - NOT ALLOWED: parties, events, receiving, car sound, drug use.
