NEW APARTMENT The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and decorated in a relaxing and modern environment Our apartment is located in one of the most multicultural neighborhood. About 3 minutes away from the subway Stop to the airport and a 1500m from the famous Tram 28 Close to the famous Almirante Reis Avenue, it´s one of the most colorful neighborhood in Lisbon and is just few minutes from the city tourist attractions Perfect for couples and family The space Our apartment is situated just a 10 minutes from the downtown area - Baixa It´s a 47.70m2 apartment in a cozy ambiance. Have a living area with a sofa bed and a Smartv, full equipped kitchenette and a table for 3 persons The bedroom have a large double bed with a bathroom inside with a cabin shower and an inlaid closet. There are two windows that separate the bedroom and the kitchenette/living room ,that allows vastness to the apartment, being able to cover with curtains. The apartment has many windows that provide a natural light to come inside.The building doesn´t have elevator but the apartment is located on the first floor. There's free wifi in all the apartment. Guest access The apartment has a full equipped kitchenette with cooker, oven, microwave , freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron, iron board and hairdryer . It´s available Free wireless and Smartv with all cable channels. To refresh the apartment we provide fans in the apartment Bed linen and baths towels are included. We also leave (one shoot): Toilet Paper, Kitchen Paper, Dish Detergent, Hand Gel, shampoo& shower gel (for first use). We always leave “our” Lisbon Tips with what we think are “must do’s” in this lovely city. Other things to note CHECK IN/OUT RULES The Check In hour has to be agreed between Guest and Host. It’s imperative that we have your arrival time so that all the check in procedures can be arranged. Check In: We will not meet you for the check in, but on the day before your arrival we will send you the instructions how to access the apartment. Don’t worry! It’s very easy we work with a safe box system! Ad we will always be available by mobile. Check Out: 11H Late Check Out: it will depend if we have guests checking in. If not, we can arrange for an extra price. All our Guests will receive an e-mail, one week before the check in, with all information about the arrival. MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately. Depending on the problem, the resolution might take up to 72 hours or even more if it depends on third party services. Please notice that common parts of the Building, like the elevator, do not depend on us. Please contact us in case of any problem and we will call immediately the condominium.
