Our lived-in home offers the perfect blend of suburban tranquility and convenient city access. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, 10-minute drive from the city center and a 5 minute walk from Elliðarárdalur Valley. With several bus lines available, a 10-15 minute bus ride will take you to the city center. Free wifi and parking on premise. Suitable for up to 2 persons and one infant - crib available. The space Situated within the premise of a detached house property, ground floor, our comfortable space offers the perfect retreat for your Icelandic getaway. You'll find a common area alongside a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The dining area can easily be converted into a workspace as the table can be enlarged and an office chair is available (can be seen on some photos). Our newly renovated kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for your stay, including a full-sized dishwasher, oven, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, and freezer. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine for your convenience. We provide a laundry rack for air drying your clothes. Our cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and storage space in cabinets. Upon request, we have a 120cmx60cm baby crib available - with a duvet, pillow and sheets. Please note that while the apartment shares the same ground property as the main house, and shares one small wall, it offers a private entry and a complete sense of seclusion. You'll enjoy privacy and tranquility during your stay. Guest access We kindly inform you that the sliding door in the bedroom is secured with a seal and should not be opened except for emergencies. Access to the garden is prohibited for guests. Please note that the garden belongs to the owners of the adjacent house and is not accessible.
