The property is very close to the hills, supermarkets, bakeries and bus lines, at the door, to the Old Recife (carnival) and other locations. I usually rent it out, with tenants bringing mats to make better use of the space, accommodating the equivalent of 10 to 12 people. The apartment has frames for 2 hammocks (1 in each room).
