Very nice 100 m2 apartment at the foot of the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont (Borzaris metro) with two bedrooms (1 bed in 160 and a bed in 140), a bathroom, a shower room, separate toilet, two small balconies and a place in a closed and secure parking lot. 20 minutes by metro from the center of Paris. Many shops and small restaurants in the neighborhood which is very nice, especially with the Parc des Buttes Chaumont! The space Apartment located in the northeast of Paris, at the foot of the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, a 1-minute walk from the Botzaris metro (line 7bis), 5 minutes from the Jourdain/Place des Fêtes metro (line 11), in the 19th arrondissement. Access from: - Charles de Gaulle Airport - Roissy (30 min) - Orly Airport (30 min) - Gare du Nord - Eurostar - Gare de l'Est (15 min) Walking around the neighborhood you will find very good restaurants, bars, a fresh produce market on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, greengrocer, fishmonger, cheese shop...). At the foot of Parc des Buttes Chaumont, you can enjoy the greenery of one of the most beautiful parks in Paris. Thanks to the metro, you will be in a few minutes, in the districts of Le Marais, Les Halles, Place de la République... There are plenty of museums, historical monuments, shops and walks to do. All the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, since this is usually my main residence: - one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) - one bedroom with a convertible sofa bed for daily sleeping (140 x 200) - a sofa in the living room which can exceptionally be used by a child - one of the two small balconies is equipped with a bistro table and two chairs - washing machine - tumble dryer - hair dryer - Internet-connected TV, including in one bedroom - phone chargers (micro-USB, iPhone 4 and 5) - oven - microwave - American refrigerator, freezer - all cooking utensils - hand towels - sheets - unlimited and free wireless internet (WiFi) - unlimited and free phone (landlines and mobile phones to France, Canada, the United States, and to landlines in 50 countries) - a private parking space in a closed and secure parking lot - access to the 6th floor by elevator (2 elevators available) The building and apartment are new and up to PMR standards. No special equipment in the apartment, however. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is my primary residence. It is therefore equipped with all amenities: WIFI, TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, basic necessities for cooking or preparing your breakfast, etc.), washer-dryer, etc. Regarding the bedrooms: the 1st has a 160 bed (+TV) and the 2nd a 140 convertible sofa bed with a mattress for daily sleeping. Finally, a parking space is available in a closed and secure parking lot.
