Rand center: tranquility, bath and sauna

Welcome to my nice house in Utrecht, on the edge of the city center in a street with stately mansions and large trees. Quiet and green, while you are in the heart of the city center after a nice 20-minute walk. The room is comfortable and bright with a nice king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub, sauna and a private toilet. It's an old house with pretty steep stairs. Especially for light travelers! Easy to reach by car and public transportation. You can park in front of the door for a fee. The space The house, from 1900, is an upstairs house of two floors. The room is on the second. That also means you have to take two rather steep stairs. On the third floor, there is another bedroom. My kitchen/living room is on the first floor, you can always knock on the door if you have any questions. Guest access The room has all the facilities to make coffee and tea. Tea bags and coffee cups (including decaf) are ready for you. Also there is a small refrigerator. If you need anything else, please let me know and we'll see what we can do. During your stay I will receive you upon arrival and if you have any questions you can contact me, I will give you the contact details. Other things to note I have already mentioned the steep stairs, in addition there is a friendly cat in the house. Parking in the neighborhood is paid, from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., costs are 5 euros per hour and with a day ticket 35 euros per day. Sundays it’s free. There are parking garages, the nearest of which are the Grifthoek (day ticket 28 euros) and Kruisstraat (day ticket 45 euros), a fifteen-minute walk away. An inexpensive option is P&R, parking outside the city and a bus ticket for 7 euros per day, from Science Park, the bus takes 10 minutes to my street, stop Oorsprongpark.
