The space This lovingly furnished 21 m² studio with 5 m² balcony on the 1st floor of the house "Girasole II" is quietly located in the Solaria district. The Solaria bus stop takes you to the village, the Parsennbahn or shopping in 3 minutes. Perfect for two adults. The studio offers Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a practical kitchen with fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine incl. capsules, tea, spices, oil and vinegar. The modern bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer. Bed linens and towels are included. For winter sports enthusiasts and cyclists, there is a ski/bicycle room, and an outdoor parking space right in front of the house is included. This studio is privately rented and does not belong to Solaria Serviced Apartments.
