Private bedroom in a multi-unit home with 2 other private Airbnb bedrooms on the same lev. Queen bed and a futon(please cover for sleeping). All 3 rooms share a common bathroom and common space upstairs and down. Hostel vibe. There is a self contained apartment in the house as well, separated by a door locked from both sides. WALLS ARE THIN/expect to hear other guests. Kitchenette, washer & dryer for guest use. Whale watching capital of Oregon. Tours, restaurants and shops are walking distance The space Before a booking is accepted you will be asked to confirm that you aren’t bringing any animals and that you have seen the parking picture and understand where to park. Find the picture with the labeled spaces. Park in space 1,2 or 3 as labeled in blue numbers. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRAVEL ROAD. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A FEE OF $25 Shower Instructions Start with the yellow valve inline with the pipe. Other three knobs shut off (turned closed fully clockwise) 1. Turn blue knob counterclockwise a couple turns until you meet some resistance. Turn the blue knob one more turn counterclockwise until cold water begins to flow out of the shower head. 2. Open the red valve by turning it counterclockwise to achieve desired temperature. 3. If necessary cold can be adjusted down or up to achieve desired temperature Guest access The kitchenette is quite small and shared with other guests. It is not suitable for preparing anything but a small meal. There are 3 electric burners and a small sink, some knives and utensils. There is no range hood. During your stay We try to stay out of your way as much as possible but try to be available by text to answer questions. A caretaker lives on site in an RV. He handles emergency situations and performs maintenance as needed. He does not interact with guests unless a request is made: Other things to note Per ABNBs permission no animals of any kind are allowed at this property due to health concerns of residents who live on site. Please cover the futon with a sheet id you're going to sleep on it. Not only will this help keep it clean but it also can prevent skin irritation. Your unit is in an 80 year old house. I remodeled it myself and am happy with the outcome. Having said that maintenance and repairs are needed from time to time. It’s not unforeseen that construction noise might affect your stay. Any noise of this type is limited to the hours of 10am-6pm. If any of this work were to occur in a common area used by you, you would be informed ahead of time. In the unlikely event that an emergency repair were needed in your unit you would be informed ahead of time and compensated. Your privacy is of utmost importance.
