Totally independent house just renovated. Composed of 5 rooms including two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds),the living room,a bathroom with shower,a kitchen and the entrance hallway. Self-heating Private and covered parking. The space In high season (July and August), the stay must be a minimum of 7 nights with check-in on Saturdays or Sundays The booking for 2 people includes the configuration of 1 bedroom (double bed or single beds). If there are 2 of you but you want to sleep in separate rooms and use both bedrooms, there is a one-time surcharge of €25. This amount helps us cover the extra costs of laundry and cleaning, while also allowing us to reduce the environmental impact associated with unnecessary washing. Please let us know about this need before your arrival. In the presence of children available upon request, cot, changing table and child seat at no additional cost. Outside, you can use the patio in the greenery. We love animals and are happy to welcome them. To ensure a perfectly clean and sanitized environment also for subsequent guests, a small supplement is required for cleaning and thorough sanitization of the rooms of €40. We kindly ask you not to raise the animals on the beds, sofas, and upholstered furnishings. This rule helps us keep environments clean and suitable for guests with allergies. Guest access In addition to the entire house, the outdoor green space is available where you can use the deckchairs/chairs and umbrella for greater relaxation. Other things to note From May 1, 2024, an accommodation tax will be payable on site exclusively in cash, for all guests over the age of 15.
