Relax lakeside in this sunny waterfront Seasonal rustic cottage on private shoreline of beautiful Cobbetts Pond, only minutes away from dining, shopping and entertainment. This property has two bedrooms (both w/ queen beds and additional queen sleep sofa on the first floor). Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (adults and children). Dock available to bring your own boat or explore the lake on our Kayaks. Bring the family and create a lifetime of memories. The space This property is not wheelchair or handicap accessible. There is sloped path to access the cottage from the parking area. This cottage has a unique layout. 1st floor is open concept kitchen and living room with a bathroom and closet space. The sofa has a queen sleeper to accommodate guests who cannot get up to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has two queen bedrooms with an additional futon and is accessed by a narrow staircase shown in the listing pictures. Guest access There are only two parking spaces at this property. All other vehicles are required to park on the street (Armstrong Road) This is strictly enforced. This property is not wheelchair or handicap accessible. There is sloped path to access the cottage from the parking area. Other things to note There is no dishwasher, therefore paper goods and plastic utensils are encouraged and provided for your convenience. There is also no clothes washer and dryer. Drinking water supplied at no additional charge. NO late night parties. Please be respectful of house rules and quiet hours in this listing.
