Dock available to bring your own boat or explore the lake on our Kayaks. Bring the family and create a lifetime of memories. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OLD RUSTIC COTTAGE. The space This property is not wheelchair or handicap accessible. There is sloped path to access the cottage from the parking area. This cottage has a unique layout. 1st floor is open concept kitchen and living room with a bathroom and closet space. The sofa has a queen sleeper to accommodate guests who cannot get up to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has two queen bedrooms with a futon and is accessed by a narrow staircase shown in the listing pictures. Guest access There are only two parking spaces at this property. All other vehicles are required to park on the street (Armstrong Road) This is strictly enforced. Other things to note There is no dishwasher, therefore paper goods and plastic utensils are encouraged and provided for your convenience. There is also no clothes washer and dryer. Drinking water supplied at no additional charge. NO late night parties. Please be respectful of house rules and quiet hours in this listing.
