The space Enjoy the privacy of a full studio which is equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. A queen bed is set up for sleeping with fresh linens for your comfort and enjoyment. There is a full sofa bed and TV for lounging and relaxing during your stay. Washroom is equipped with water heater and fresh towels. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave and induction stove for making meals during your stay. You can access our Wifi for your internet browsing. ***Davao City has strict non-smoking policy. NO SMOKING inside the unit and within the building. Please consult security guards for designated smoking areas nearby. ***We require any valid ID(school or employment) or government issued ID for registration at the lobby. A minimal fee of P150 is collected per guest for swimming pool usage (maximum of 4). Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. Swimming is free for long term (more than 6 months) guests . GYM CAN ONLY BE USED BY GUESTS STAYING MORE THAN SIX MONTHS AS PER ABREEZA PLACE POLICY. Guest access Need fresh air? The space is exclusive for our paying guests. We do not permit hosting to private functions and parties. There is an on going construction nearby. This is to complete the project of Abreeza complex. The studio is located on the 20th floor so minimal noise is expected during the day and City-by-law allows construction work until 10pm only. POLICY FOR EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT: We are pleased to accommodate early check in and late check out. However, it's no guarantee in case we have guests checking out on the date of your arrival and guests checking in on the day of your departure. For guaranteed early check in and out, we can block the intended date with a half day fee. Please inform us before booking.
