You have access to a beautiful scenic pond with wonderful sunsets, pond is stocked with small and large mouth bass, hybric bluegill, and channel catfish. Golf cart access is included to get to and from the pond. You will have access to the beach, fishing is free, gun range also included upon request. Plenty of room for parking with a new circle driveway for easy access. The space The entire upstairs is available to guests, with three private bedrooms. Downstairs is not available. Have ability to accommodate up to seven guest upon request. Nice facilities and very convenient to everything in Pittsfield.
