Contemporary Barn Conversion with large hot tub

Please note, this listing is for stays in Orchard Barn only, for up to 6 guests, you will have exclusive use of the grounds & hot tub. Please look at our other listing 'Orchard Barn & Anvil Cottage' which sleeps up to 11 guests. Outside there is a 7 seat Hot Tub under an oak gazebo and a 2 acre field with a mown area about the size of a tennis court for ball games. Please note, We only open the calendar for the next 3 months as we reserve future dates for larger groups, or get in touch. The space Sited in the grounds of a 17th Century timber framed former farmhouse, the superb facilities include full under-floor heating powered by a Biomass Wood Chip Boiler & PV cells, lovely baths & showers, log burners (logs provided), Miele dishwasher & washing machines/dryer. The 2 acre paddock is for you to play in. (Please note that this a field, not a garden, and we like to make hay from the grass, so at certain times of the year the grass will be too long to play games in, although we do maintain an area about the size of a tennis court for games and a path all around the perimeter). Sony LCD TV & blu-ray player with sound bar (blue-tooth connectable) Free Wi-Fi is available and there is ample private parking for at least 6 cars. Included within the price is all bedding, towels (min 2 each), Gas BBQ and a 'welcome starter pack' including some coffee, tea, sugar a pint of milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher & washing machine detergents, basket of logs for each wood burner, some toilet rolls. Please note that the Breeze House is only available for guest use from Easter to 31st October and that there is 10:30pm curfew on the use of the hot tub.
