Our house in Noirmoutier-en-Île, located in a private, quiet and pleasant village in La Guerinière, welcomes you for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The Maison des Centaurées is 350 meters from the village beach. The space Description of the House: 3 bedrooms: one with mezzanine, offering a total of 8 beds. 2 bathrooms: for more comfort and practicality. The second renovated bathroom is accessible through the garage. 2 toilets Garage: storage and parking space for your bikes... 2 terraces: one on each side of the house, one of which is closed, perfect for the safety of children and equipped with a summer kitchen with plancha. Equipped indoor kitchen: everything you need to prepare your meals. Living and dining room: a pleasant and bright living space for your moments of relaxation. Housekeeping is not included in the rental, it is the responsibility of the tenant. In order to guarantee a properly carried out cleaning (list of control elements available on site and explained at the reception), a "cleanliness" security deposit check in the amount of €210 will be requested upon arrival. This will be returned to you upon departure when the house is returned in the state of cleanliness as stipulated on the listing present on site. - You can order linens when you contact our concierge. €22 for the complete double bed kit, €18 for the complete single bed kit, €12 for the individual sponge kit (containing 2 bath towels, one large and one small and one bath mat per bathroom), €8 for the kit of 3 tea towels.
