Late checkout beyond 11:00 AM will attract ₹1000 per hour. ● Original ID Proof of all guests must be submitted during check-in. ● 🌍 Foreign nationals must provide passport & visa details prior to their stay. ● 💰 Refundable Security Deposit: ₹5,000 collected during check-in. Refundable if guest count remains unchanged, checkout time is followed, and no damages occur. ● 🛠️ Damage to property will be charged as per actual repair or replacement cost. ● 🧹 Caretaker availability: 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM for basic cleaning & assistance. ● 👶 Children below 18 years of age are allowed only with parents (unaccompanied minors not permitted). ● 🎵 Outdoor music: Allowed only from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ● 🍳 Cooking meals using gas incurs:   ₹500 gas usage + ₹500 cleaning charges. No compensation for electricity outages. ● 🪑 Do not use furniture with wet clothes after swimming. ● 🏊 Be cautious around the pool area as the flooring may be slippery. ● 🌐 No compensation for broadband internet outages. ● 🚫 Any inappropriate conduct or violation of house rules may result in refusal of booking or guests being asked to leave, at the discretion of management. ● 🌧️ Due to heavy monsoons, the property may experience seepage or dampness, which is natural and not under our control. ● 🛁🔥 If the Jacuzzi tub is filled with very hot water, it may take at least 1 hour for the bathrooms to receive hot water again.
