Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa Other things to note ★ Terms of Villa usage ★ ● Check in time : 02:00 PM & Check out time : 11.00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are not allowed. If a guest fails to check out by 11:00 AM, the management reserves the right to charge ₹1000 per hour from the guests. ● Original ID Proof of all the members need to be submitted during check-in. ● All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. ● A Refundable Security deposit of ₹5,000/- will be collected during check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to. This security deposit will also be utilised against any damage/loss to the property or any household items. ● Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. ● Caretaker will be available only for basic cleaning and assistance from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. ● Children below 18 years are not allowed / only allowed with Parents. ● Outdoor Music allowed only from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ● Cooking of meals & using gas would attract an additional cost of ₹500/-, and cleaning charges of ₹500/-. However guests can freely use kitchen for basic snacks and tea/coffee. ● Villa charges does not include any meals. ● Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. ● Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution, pornography and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. Any person caught involved in such activities will be prosecuted immediately. ● Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. ● Towels / Napkins are not to be use for cleaning floors. ● Villa owner and caretaker will not be responsible for any mishap or accidents. ● Villa owner and caretaker will not be responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged valuables or belongings. ● Any additional members other than those agreed during booking/check-in will not be allowed. ● A digital copy of government ID will be stored digitally for record keeping. ● In case of electric power failure, backup power is available for lights and fans only for upto 4 hours, Air conditioners and water heaters will not work. Since consistent supply of power from electricity board is not in our control, no monetary compensation will be provided in case of electric power failure. ● After using the swimming pool, strictly do not use the furniture in wet clothes. ● Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery. ● No monetary compensation will be provided in case of broadband internet outage. ★ Swimming Pool and Bathtub rules ★ ● Swimming Pool time: 10 AM to 10 PM ● Swimming Pool and Bathtub to be used at your own risk. ● Food and drinks are not allowed in and around the swimming pool. ● Children under the age of 12 years shall enter the swimming pool strictly under the supervision of adults. ● Toddlers below the age of 3 years are not allowed in the pool & Jacuzzi. ● No diving in the swimming pool / bathtub ● Jacuzzi bathtub - fresh water will be added only once ● Jacuzzi bathtub - to be operated by caretaker ony. ● Jacuzzi bathtub is chargeable on per hour basis.
