Other things to note Please be mindful before confirming your booking: Please note that for bookings of 7 nights or more, electricity is charged separately based on actual usage (₹12 per unit). For a week, it usually costs around ₹300–₹800. Meter readings will be shared at check-in and check-out. For long-term stays, a rental agreement will need to be completed. While we adore pets, managing their hygiene can pose challenges and may cause discomfort to other guests. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets along. Smoking and hosting parties are strictly prohibited. For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the premises; however, there are no cameras installed inside the apartment.
