The place is specious (149.1 m2) and full of daylight (11 windows in fact) with 3 bedrooms, big living and dining room, kids play corner and a separate office space, it is perfect for a large family, group of friends or for business purpose. You will be spoilt with fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bedding, towels and basic kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, tea, coffee) are also provided. The place needs no AC as it has the thickest walls possible, keeping the place cool in hot summer months. One thing though.. As previously mentioned, it used to be functioning as an office space so there is ONLY ONE(!!) WC/shower room to share between you all. Good thing again is that the apartment is just around the corner from Town Hall Square, 10 meters from RIMI supermarket (not overpriced) and another 24h food&drink store for your basic grocery. About a few rules that I would kindly ask you to respect; -Organising venues and photography/filming sessions in the apartment is allowed, but only with receiving my approval first. -It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment or cause any form of fire/smoke. -As it is in most of our homes in Estonia, please leave your shoes to rest by the door. Thanking you in advance! Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT an elevator in the building - perfect way to keep yourself moving. Buggies and bicycles can be left on the ground floor hallway (private and locked). One thing to note for light sleepers: As the windows are wooden and a cultural heritage of the Old Town, the street noise can be heard through the windows, especially in the lively summer months. Therefore, please have your earplugs with you in case we have run out of them. Other things to note One last very important note: WINDOWS. Please feel free to open them but PLEASE make sure they are fastened with hooks. If not, the wind can unexpectedly swing them open or shut and break the glass.
