Amanda is resident host of Camellia House. I share my home with my dog Tess, but she does not have access to your personal space upstairs. The guest room is perfect for 2 people. It is a modern, bright room with a double bed, smart TV & wifi. A mini fridge & refreshment tray with a selection of teas & fresh coffee to enjoy with a breakfast croissant or muffin is included, let me know your preference. Your private shower room is adjacent to the guest room with a large walk in shower & wc. The space Camellia House is a modern, bright, detached 2 story house with 4 bedrooms. I only rent 1 guest bedroom to ensure guests have as much privacy as possible. *There is ample private parking on my driveway. *A local bus stop is just outside my house. *Falmouth town is only 20 minute walk. *Penmere station is a 20 minute walk and runs regular trains to our Cathedral City of Truro. *Swanpool beach is a gentle 30 min stroll. *I will provide lots of local information re. Places to Eat & Drink and Areas of Interest in Falmouth and around Cornwall for you to explore but please feel free to ask any questions and I will be happy to help Guest access You will have access to your guest bedroom and your private shower room and WC. Fresh bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. During your stay When I am at home guests can call on me with any enquiries and I will be happy to help. If I am not home I can always be contacted by mobile. Other things to note Check in is any time from 2pm. I like to welcome you in person but if not possible I do have self check in key code box to allow you to check yourself in. Check out is any time before 10am. Late checkout may be possible on request.
