Apartment 2 airy, kitchen, close to R. das Pedras

The apartments accommodate a couple in a Box Queen bed, and up to 2 more people in a sofa bed, all in the same environment. They have a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and utensils for 4 people (plates, cups, cutlery, glasses, pan, frying pan, jug, pizza mold, microwave dishes, etc.). TV. Air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans. Includes bed and bath linen. WiFi internet. See Guide for more info. The space Monitoring with cameras in common areas and on the street. Internet reaches the apartment via cable and inside there is an exclusive router for WiFi inside the apartment. Other things to note Drinking water only by the gallon. To refill the gallon, use the filter that is located outside, next to the laundry sink, in the outdoor shower area. Electric shower for bathing (3 positions: zero, hot and warm). The more you open the tap, the less hot the water comes out and vice versa. If you throw solids down your kitchen sink drain (weed scraps, coffee, food), it clogs, so make sure the drain protector stays in place. Don't flush toilet paper down the toilet. Use the trash can. To dispose of the garbage, we have 2 bins in the back area of the parking lot (one for common garbage and another for recyclables). Recyclable includes paper, cardboard, cans, unbroken glass, plastics... CLEAN. Styrofoam, wood, cork, ARE NOT RECYCLABLE. If in doubt, throw it away in the common trash.
