Place to stay in Farmington

Just as it says, A Place to Shower and Sleep. Small Room in mobile home with a TWIN bunk bed & Private bath. This is my granddaughters play room. 1 mile off NYS Thruway, 8 miles from Canandaigua, 30 mins to Rochester. Please note when booking this is a Pet Friendly home and lived in by host. The space This is at one end of a single wide mobile home at end of a road in a park. It is a small room in mobile home with a TWIN bunk bed. You will be staying in the grand daughter’s room, where they stay when they visit. You’ll notice the toys, they are put back in their places. There is a mini mini fridge in room that can hold a drink or two. For more than one night bookings you must have positive reviews. No reviews, No acceptance. It’s a pet friendly home. There may be hair. There may also be an extra Foster Pup. Air Cooler is only turned on June- September. It’s right off the thruway where traffic flows throughout the night. There will be noise. No Views, It’s in a Mobile Home Park Because it’s in a Mobile home it’s a SMALL room with a SMALL bunk bed. The Home is in a rural area so Ubers may be harder to come by and more costly. Food Delivery as well. * Fee can be negotiated for CMAC drop offs or pick ups pending day & time. For multi day stays I have a minor neighbor who lets my dogs out between 3-5 and she requests no one be in the home at that time. I ask to respect her as she has been doing this for 2 plus years. There is a TV with Roku , Netflix and other options, however sometimes guests mess up settings and I cannot always figure out what they did if they do. Firestick has been removed as guests were making purchases. * These are disclosures based on reviews. Please confirm you’ve read them. * Warning Box Elder tree in yard that has been removed. Seasonal insects may find ways in. I do have pest control spray regularly. Guest access You’ll come in main door into the Open plan living room/kitchen. Your room and bathroom will be end of hall to the right. I tend to prefer to let you in upon arrival for the sake of the dogs. They get excited. Some guests bring them treats so they may think you have some. Exceptions for repeat guests and late arrivals. Sometimes I may have an extra Foster pup. There is a gate to keep them out of your area. This is a designated guest area therefore the rest of home is NOT a shared space as dogs may be loose during the day and they are free to roam in the evening. During your stay I’ll check you in once I get home from work so the dogs know you are welcome. If it’s after hours ( 10 PM ) you may not see me or them as we may be in bed. I will give separate check in instructions for after hours arrivals. This is only for those with positive reviews, and past guests. I work crazy hours. If you’re requesting a night I work late check in may not be until after 9. I will advise when booking is requested. If it’s ok with you I will accept and confirm reservation. For multiple day stays, I have a teenage dog walker for my dogs so I can’t have anyone in the home between 3/4-5 while she takes them out. Other things to note Eddie O’Briens Bar and Grille is about 5 minutes away as well as Finger Lakes Race Track Casino. There is also Park Place diner that has hours for breakfast. Otto Tomatoes has Italian food and Route 96 has BBQ within a 5 minute drive. Travel about 5 minutes further to Victor and there is a Wood Fire Pizza joint called Fire on Main. About 20 mins south is Canandaigua lake which the downtown boasts shopping and restaurants, Including my Gift Shop. CMAC is just a few minutes past downtown Canandaigua. Parking area is lit at night. Camera on premises. DISCLOSURES: When leaving a review please consider this is a small room in a mobile home and a pet friendly home. There may be dog hair and toys. The home is “ lived in”. I may have a messy table at times. The kitchen & living room is mine and the dog’s space. As for location: There is no view, it’s in a mobile home community, there is noise. There are neighborhood kids amuck. Please also consider this when leaving a review under “location “. I cannot control these.
