Welcome! This self-catering flat is available for 7 night bookings only. The flat is in an excellent location, situated just 3-5 min walk away from the centre of town. Giving you access to the beautiful beaches of St Ives, along with the harbour front, the Tate Gallery and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars. The space 1st floor apartment with stair access. Light & modern. Two bedrooms one master, one childrens. Two bathroom. Open plan living, dining & kitchen space. We require all guests to separate their rubbish into recycling, food waste & general waste. Guest access Shared access through the garage with one flat above. Stairway entrance. Other things to note There is space available for one standard size car on the drive. When parking on the drive, you are required to park car close to wall to allow access for garage parking. We do not provide electric vehicle charging. Tumble dryer in garage is not for guest use (this is not our appliance & the neighbours pay for the running costs) The bunk beds are not full size, appropriate for children & teens. Linen, towels (not for beach), toilet paper & hand soap are provided. We require all guests to separate their rubbish into recycling, food waste & general waste.
