Kop Hill Barn in the heart of the Chilterns

A self-contained contemporary Barn fully furnished with two bedrooms and one & half bathrooms. Located in the heart of the stunning Chiltern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty offering peace & tranquility. Princes Risborough is only 2 mins away and there are plenty of walks & country pubs to explore. We are on the doorstep of Kop Hill, a popular cycling destination. London Marylebone is 45 mins by train, Marlow and Oxford are approx 30 mins drive. The space The main living area takes up most of the ground floor, with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a TV and a set of folding doors leading out onto the patio. The pool table doubles as a dining table, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The hallway holds a washing machine, leading into the main bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs there is 1 x double bedroom on one side and 1 x twin bedroom on the other, with a toilet between them. Outside there is free parking with access to an EV charger. Guest access The barn is for exclusive use of guests. No indoor space is shared. Other things to note We have a small friendly dog that uses our garden.
