Two blocks from corner store, with all you could imagine! Enjoy the perfect weather, bring your boat and go fishing from one of the boat ramps within 3 minutes! Enjoy a dip to wash away your cares. Plan to beachcomb, dream, laugh and play. Be our special guests and experience falling in love with Hervey Bay! The space This original 2 bedroom beach cottage has been renovated and equipped for your comfortable stay. Single level and easy access. There is safe off street parking at the front of the home, inside of guest's fully fenced yard. The front yard is a designated area for our guests with space for kids to run around. Our street is quiet and neighbours respectful. Our home is styled classy with favourite beachy things and some of my daughter’s original artworks. A small selection from my private library is available for you to enjoy while you stay. There is a studio ajoining where your hosts may occasionally stay. You will be notified; as hosts we respect guest privacy and keep to ourselves. The back yard is reserved for the occupants of the studio when they are visiting. Guest access Access to the home via lockbox. Once you arrive you will receive a fob/remote for gate access to park your car in carport behind the fence. Instructions will be given on day of check-in. Other things to note Our lovely beach is 500 meters walking distance from your front door! Bring your e-bikes and ride all over Hervey Bay on great bike tracks and enjoy all of the beautiful locations, including the best kept secret Sunset Point Vernon (Western side of the point). Visit the Botanical gardens where there's an amazing Orchid house, 5-star restaurant Odyssey, Pizza and MANY other great places to visit and places to eat! River Heads and Toogoom have extensive walking and bike tracks. Arkarra Lagoons have a great café and peaceful walks. If you would like to visit K'gari (Formerly Fraser Island) or experience whale watching, the tour buses will come by to pick you up! The local clubs provide a pick up and drop off service. The local 5 Ways convenience store is two streets away for last minute essentials! We have Coles and Woolworths supermarkets approximately 4.8 km and 5.1 km distance.
