Cozy and quiet apartment (with nice cat)

Our "house" is a large, warm 3-room apartment. We are fortunate to be in a lively area and happy to sleep in a quiet passage away from the noise! The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed. Extra mattress for 1 person, if needed. Kitchen-living room with all the comforts at your disposal. Bathroom: walk-in shower and separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer. WIFI. hyper central. Metro (8 Ledru-Rollin / 1 Bastille / 9 Voltaire). The space Nice, quiet and bright accommodation. And 2 minutes from Parisian life! 5-minute walk to Place de la Bastille. 15 min walk to the quays. Bus, subway and bike nearby Guest access The apartment is a 4-room apartment but we rent it as a 3-room apartment. The workshop will be locked and will serve as a storage room to store our belongings. Other things to note Very important information: Our nice cat will be your roommate during the stay. Salem doesn't like traveling and prefers to stay in Paris :-) He's a very nice cat who spends his days sleeping. He's the nicest cat on earth! No litter box because he has access to the outside.
