Wonderful nature and proximity to Høkfältet with hiking trail, outdoor gym and mountain bike tracks. Nearby there are cosy restaurants and in Mellby shopping center you will find most of what you will need. The space In the cottage there is a kitchen with living room that is recently fully renovated, one bedroom, newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 separate shed with 2 floor beds. On the large wooden deck with partial pergola we have sun from morning to night, and space for both sun loungers and garden furniture.
