Only 1 hour from Paris by TGV. (10 min drive from St Pierre des Corps train station then 50 min by TGV to reach Paris Montparnasse train station) On the garden level: - living room - open plan kitchen - bathroom with shower + bathtub - 1 master bedroom with king size bed and TV - 1 office - 1 toilet Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm - 1 bedroom with 140 cm double bed - 1 mezzanine with trundle bed (2 single beds joined together) - 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Basement: - one bedroom with a small double bed of 120 cm. - utility room (washing machine and dryer) Large shaded garden with children's games (trampoline, ping pong table, swing, swimming pool) Available: barbecue and garden table. The pool is heated. (Open May - September) It is safe for children with a bar cover. A private driveway for parking Cleaning required at the end please A security deposit of €250 will be requested upon check-in for cleaning. Guest access everything is accessible except the garage Other things to note coffee and tea available for breakfast. Linens and towels are not provided. Baby bed can be lent.
