Downtown home with a beautiful, clean, cozy private room to rent on the first floor. The house is peaceful and quiet. The bed is super comfortable and the room is spacious. There is an private bathroom with a closet inside of your room as well. Location is very close to Discovery Green, Minute Maid Stadium and many more downtown Houston activities. Need to work? The WiFi is super fast! Want to walk to the metro? It’s only a few blocks away. Street parking is also readily available. The space This is a three-story owner occupied, townhouse near downtown Houston. The first floor has the guest bedroom with the en suite bathroom. On the second floor is the beautiful shared dining room, kitchen and living room with a half bathroom. The second floor is full of light all day and is a great place to enjoy your meals, relax, and catch up on emails. On the third floor are two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. This space is off-limits to guests. Please note, this is a shared space property as the property owner lives onsite. Guest access You’ll use the keypad to get into the house. We have security and cameras that monitor the entrance and exit. Also, please make sure to lock the door upon entry and exit. For safety and security purposes, we please ask for you to not bring any unauthorized guests to our home. During your stay Depending on the day and my schedule I may or may not be home. I have a sweet dog named ladybug who may or may not be home as well. If she's home, she's probably napping. She tends to travel with me and also goes to work with me on a regular basis. I love welcoming my guest so you get to meet me in person when I'm available. However, I keep to myself and have a pretty busy schedule otherwise. I’m also pretty quiet. Other things to note My neighbors are great and may say hello! We also have a train that cruises through the area which you may hear during your stay. As an FYI, I I utilize the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home. Guests will have front door entry to the home and access to the 2nd floor if needed. I make sure to give guests plenty of space and privacy but if needed, I am happy to provide any needed assistance during your stay! Registration Details Exempt
