Double room, quiet area, near both universities

Double room in quiet residential area backing on to the Downs. About 2 miles from the city centre on #49 bus route, bus stop 100 metres. Free off road parking. Walking distance of Uni Brighton Moulsecoomb campus (15-20 mins); UoB Falmer & Uni Sussex campus (35-40 mins). Meals not provided - guests have full use of kitchen to prepare/eat meals & hot drinks. Space in the fridge available. There's a local shop 0.5 mi selling a small selection of food. Aldi, nearest supermarket, is 1 mile away. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen for preparing and eating food and hot drinks. There's always space in the fridge for storing food. Please, no food in the bedroom. The bathroom is generally only used by guests as I have my own upstairs. I do sometimes have friends staying but if not, you'll have it to yourselves. As the house is on the outskirts of Brighton, I have quite a large garden by Brighton standards, which you are welcome to enjoy. During your stay I am usually only at home in the evenings. I'm happy to help with any questions you may have about things to do or see in the local area or suggestions for places to eat and drink. You'll have a key so will be able to come and go as you please. Other things to note COVID 19 - All guests must be fully vaccinated in order to stay in my home
