The space Located in Upper Ferry in the beautiful Codroy Valley, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home on the Grand Codroy River is perfect for families, friend groups, golfers, beach lovers, bird enthusiasts, hikers and many more. Your Riverside Retreat is a spacious 2400sqft home. Amenities begin with a fenced in yard, multiple decks with seating, and a bbq. The Riverside area boasts a beach area with breathtaking mountain views and pure privacy - offering seating and a firepit as well as easy access to launch your kayak or SUP. Inside there is a large living area with Smart TV, a/c, couches, books, and games. Each room upstairs is fully equipped with everything you should need. Nearby estuary trail, Starlite trail and Searston beach are a must see! We hope you enjoy your stay! We do have a cell booster and you can get service in certain areas of the house but we encourage you to set up a means of calling through wifi before arriving if you are worried about it.
