Welcome to the most charming and comfortable seaside cottage in Melissi, Corinth. Frosso's Beach House is the perfect destination for families or large groups. With 3 comfortable bedrooms and spaces that accommodate up to 6 people, a large courtyard, garden, parking and BBQ, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Give your children the opportunity to play freely and enjoy the sea and the sun together in a welcoming and safe environment. The space The house is located on the beach, with direct access to the sea. This is a 135 sq.m. detached house with a courtyard around it, a garden and a vegetable garden in the back. A lemon tree, an apricot tree and an orange tree will offer you their fruits! Access to the house is from 2 entrances on the side of the road (on the Old National Road of Athens - Patras): an entrance for private vehicles and an entrance with stairs for pedestrians. There is also direct access to the house and along the beach, as there is no fence on this side of the plot. The interior layout of the house follows traditional lines, with simple and minimal aesthetics. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower) with toilet and a separate sink. There is also a storage room where you will find the washing machine, the BBQ and beach items. On the terrace, an outdoor dining area awaits you to dine at all hours of the day under the shade offered by the wooden canopy. Enjoy the freedom of direct access to the sea and cool off at any time, taking a dip and relaxing under the tamarisk tree! Important note: The beach in front of the house is not private and is not property! It is a public good and can be accessed by any bather who wishes to do so. Guest access Access is allowed to all areas within the house and the plot. Other things to note It is important to keep the following in mind: Hot water: The water is heated by a solar water heater. On sunny days, there's always hot water. For days when solar energy is not sufficient, there is a switch for heating the water with electricity. Certificate of disinfection - disinfestation: Disinfection and fumigation have been carried out in all areas of the house. However, there is the possibility of insects appearing as the house is in nature and on the same level as the garden and the beach. Screens and other wear and tear: Most windows are equipped with folding screens, which have been observed to wear out easily. You need to be especially careful when using them. Every year, maintenance and renovation of the damages is carried out. You should be aware that due to the exposure of the house to the humidity of the sea throughout the year, the paint on the walls may have been damaged (e.g. cracks and small cracks).
