We have designed our home for those that like to feel at home when they are away from home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. We want our guest to feel as if they are coming to their second home in Matteson Il (a suburb right outside Chicago). Guest access You will be given access by a lock box or I will meet you at the home. Other things to note The guest will need a car or uber to get to train station if going down town Chicago. NON SMOKING HOME. $500.00 fine for smoking in the home. No illegal or illicit behavior permitted on or near premises. — Please make sure you check house rules and cancellation policy. Be sure to reference your welcome packet in the apartment upon arrival for helpful tips to enhance your stay in our place. All guests must be registered. We may request valid government ID for anyone that book with our home. If you instant book and do not provide ID/ID’S for all guest or register you will not receive entry instructions until ID’s are provided and registration is complete. The booking Guest must be 21 years or older. No third party bookings are allowed. If police are called to the home based upon guest behavior the guests may be accessed a fine up to $500.00 and civil charges may be filed against the guests and other occupants.
