Here you can wake with the elements and enjoy the raw natural beauty of this iconic surfing coastline while enjoying your morning coffee and the oceans expanse. A one minute walk will take you to the southern corner of Arrawarras pet friendly beach where you can snorkel, dive, swim or surf the famous Arrawarra point break. The space ‘Summer Salt’ is a rustic double story beach shack that has aged and weathered well despite its close proximity to the oceans edge. It’s homely charm makes it an ideal getaway for couples, families or for a group of friends who are keen to catch the waves from meters outside the front door or for escaping the routine, reconnecting with the beauty of nature or to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The shack can accommodate 6 people comfortably. There are 3 generous bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, and lovely outside deck. All bedrooms are simple yet comfortable and include linen and towels. Upper deck has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen) and the downstairs area has 2 bedrooms with a separate bathroom. (down stairs is not available unless it is booked through the alternate listing on Airbnb or requested during your stay). There is a small ensuite in the main bedroom upstairs and the second bathroom is down 4 stairs from the bedrooms. The upper and lower kitchens are retro with gas ovens and will have your holiday needs. The upper deck has a Nespresso machine and the lower deck has an Aldi coffee machine with pods for your morning coffee fix. Pods are provided. Well groomed, socialised and well-behaved pets are welcome. The property is private and has 2 small enclosed back yards. There is a small laundry on the lower floor. Summer Salt can accomodate 1 garaged car and 3 car spaces. Arrawarra Headland has not yet been blessed with an NBN connection . ADSL2+ is available.
