The backyard blends into a peaceful park filled with native trees and birdlife. You may have visits from local kookaburras, blue tongue lizards, and the odd curious magpie. 🏡 Living Spaces Made for Relaxing On warm days, open the doors and let the breeze roll through as you drift between the living spaces, deck and garden. On cooler evenings, curl up on the couch with a movie, a board game, or a glass of wine while the soft glow of the lamps makes everything feel cosy. There are: - Two living areas, one with a TV and one perfect for reading or quiet time and equipped with a split system cooler/heater - Indoor and outdoor dining, the covered verandah is the best spot for breakfast or a lazy dinner after the beach 🛏 Four Comfy Bedrooms All four bedrooms feature queen beds, comfortable linen and that simple beach-house ease that helps you drift off after a day in the sun. Three bedrooms sit together at the front of the house (great for families or groups), with a fourth tucked closer to the living areas for anyone wanting a little extra privacy. Quality bedding and towels are provided for up to 6 guests, including children and infants. 🍳 A Kitchen for Easy Holiday Meals The kitchen is fully equipped for simple cooking and shared meals, whether that’s pancake breakfasts, beach-day snacks or something delicious to throw on the BBQ. There is an original shed on the property which can't be accessed but the attached undercover outdoor BBQ area is great for sitting and watching the sunset over the park while cooking on the Weber BBQ. - Maximum 6 guests (including infants and children) - No parties, schoolies or events - Please respect our neighbours, it’s a peaceful street and sound carries in the evenings - No smoking or vaping indoors Other things to note - BYO beach towels - High chair and portacot available
