Retro room with balcony in the heart of Nice

My apartment, typical of Nice, is located in a lively and very pleasant area, close to all amenities, on the 5th floor of an old building with elevator. All the windows overlook a flowery balcony including my room that you will appreciate for its vintage effect, its brightness and above all its great calm. At the end of the street is the famous Provençal Liberation market (regional products) and many restaurants. Warning, parking is rare and you have to pay! The space My room, with its 1930s style furniture, is composed of: - a large 140 bed with a mattress firm enough for optimum comfort - two small bedside tables to put your glasses and book (sockets to recharge your smartphone) - a large wardrobe with a central closet surrounded by shelves - a small table that can be used as a desk with a rolling chair and a 2nd chair. The large bay window brings in light and opens onto the balcony. Guest access You will have access to your room and balcony, the bathroom and the separate toilet that we will share. You will also have access to the kitchen to prepare your breakfast or meals and the dining room. During your stay I'm here and we'll have a friendly chat. In case of absence, you can reach me by text. Other things to note I accept dogs and cats because Arthur, the house dog, likes company. The building has the disadvantages of its strengths: in the center, parking spaces are rare and paid. I am very sensitive to the ecological approach and energy savings. I sort garbage, I opt for manual appliances, I recycle. So don't expect to find the latest appliances! Likewise, I eat organic and you will find organic or local products from sustainable agriculture in my home.
