The space This is a lovely three level home. Clean, simple, loaded with amenities, and elegance, with rooms that all connect to the lake front views. We have shared our house with guests and friends for the past 15 years, and have spent many weeks and months here ourselves with our family and friends. We hope that you will find the same bliss and pleasure in being here that we have had over the years! When you arrive at Lakeside Bliss, the expected entrance is off the front road about 4 steps down and to the right. The lock box is on this door. You will be entering on the sleeping level and will want to drop your luggage on this floor. There are 3 bedrooms 2 queen size beds and one full size bed. The full size bed is in the center bedroom. Main bedroom is to the north end and has a private bath with shower & tub combination. 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall. There is a closet in each room to store clothing and luggage. Your empty luggage can also be stored on the bottom laundry level. All the rooms have a spectacular view of the lake. The middle level is the main living level with large windows that overlook the lake . This is an open space with a working kitchen, granite countertops, a bar height island that seats 4, an open dining room directly off the kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are decks on this level making for convenient outdoor dining as well. An outdoor table with an umbrella, a propane grill and other small tables and seating are available for use. Living room with a cozy sofa and loveseat. There is a decorative fireplace, TV, book shelves with a books, games, and puzzles. The small closet off the living room is generally locked and used by the owners and cleaning service. Bottom level is a multifunctional open space with walkout to lower deck offering lake front access. There is a laundry area, a small shower bathroom, a futon sofa and a desk workstation if you need to get work done during your stay. There is no door to close off and get complete privacy from the upper levels. You will have a beautiful view of the lake while you work. There is a small fire ring on the small grassy area at the north end of this deck. You will need to supply your own wood and be responsible for putting fires out before leaving. There may be local fire restrictions during your stay depending upon seasonal weather; please be mindful and ask about restrictions. There are 2 life jackets that you can find in the grey storage shed on the lower deck. Please use these with respect to your safety and well being. The seasonal boat dock extends 50' off the lower deck and has been measured to be 5' to 6' deep at the farthest end. Please exercise caution with regards to jumping or diving from this dock. We also recommend wearing water shoes in the lakes: Zebra mussels have been found in our waters and they can create painful micro cuts on your feet. You'll want to avoid that, it's quite painful. There are light weight chairs and tables that can be used on the end of the dock. Please move these onto the lower deck in a protected place if a storm or high winds decide to entertain you, otherwise, we have no idea where the seating may end up! Parking for two cars max. Please park off the street in front of the garage. No Pets. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home. A few small closets are locked and labeled "owner use", these are for cleaning service supplies etc. The garage is available at special request. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. Please use the steps to access the lake from the road, there is not a path from the road to the lake on this property ... use steps for your safety. Other things to note There will be a supply of things like hand soaps, dish soaps, laundry soaps, paper goods, shampoo and body wash etc. If the supply runs out you will need to purchase what you need for the rest of your stay.
