Farmstay near Narrow Hills Provincial Park

Three bedroom & two bathroom house on a quiet farm. Secluded location with 2 acres of yard-site. Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life or take a break from driving on your way to northern lakes. Easy access to outdoor opportunities available in the area. Hiking Trails on site or take a 35 minute drive to Narrow Hills Provincial Park. Please note that the host lives on the adjacent 160 acre farm. Farm animals such as goats, ducks, chickens, cats and a dog may be on site. The space The house has some 'charm' from when it was built in the 1960s. Main access is at the rear of the house, up a small deck, into a large foyer, through which you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils, and linens. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and armoire. The second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is a large leather wrap around sectional with recliners and a smart TV in the livingroom (there is wifi and Roku Streaming TV). The second bathroom is located in the basement along with laundry facilities. Outside the house there is a large parking area. The yard is mostly grass, with some fruit and berry trees (raspberry, crab apple, chokecherry). There is a play structure for children.
