We're walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and central to all the Bay Area has to offer. Please note: this is not a sterile vacation property - it is our home. The space 4 bedroom, 2 story home with a sunroom / office space + office / craft room, beautiful landscaping with plenty of outdoor lounge and dining options, and a keyless entry system for easy check in and ability to come and go. Private, fenced in home sits on the corner in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Oakland Rose Garden, shopping streets Grand Avenue and Piedmont Avenue. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Other things to note Room with bunk beds has an aquatic turtle (albino red eared slider - very cute!). No maintenance required (feeding and lights are automated) but you should be aware it is there and children should be advised not to put anything in the aquarium. This is our actual home. You will have access to a fully stocked home - everything you might need. We make space in our closets and drawers for your things, but our things are still there as well.
