Both floors have a living room overlooking the sea and the cozy marina in Knebelbro. In the living room there are 2 large bedrooms, on the 1st floor there is 1 large bedroom and on the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms. The space The home is 400 m2 spread over 3 floors + basement. The living room contains a large living room and kitchen/alrum with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen and views of the harbor and sea, toilet and bathroom in the hallway, as well as two large rooms. Both rooms have a double bed and thus room for 4 people. There is an exit to the courtyard and stairs up to the garden. The 1st floor contains a large living room with French doors and with a masonry stove and views of the harbor and Knebel Vig, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 1 large bedroom with a double bed overlooking the beautiful garden in several terraces, as well as bathrooms and toilets. The 2nd floor contains 2 good bedrooms with double beds and a window overlooking the garden. From the kitchen there is access to a large terrace and to the garden which is laid out as terraces over the roof of the house and with panoramic views from the top terrace over Aarhus Bay, Knebelbro harbor and over Knebel.
