Under occupancy discounts available for two guests using just one bedroom - please ask for details. The space Lower Deck is a ground floor apartment which has been recently renovated. From the modern kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms, everything has been designed with your comfort in mind. The waterside views can be enjoyed from the kitchen and sitting room. There are two double bedrooms, both with king size beds, a bathroom and a shower room, which makes it perfect for two couples. There is also a bunk bedroom (full sized beds but more comfortable for children than adults) for two extra people at an extra charge of £50 per week (minimum charge) please message for more details. Although on the ground floor there are some internal steps. A large dining area is perfect on colder days when you don't feel like eating on the terrace. The sitting room has plenty of comfortable seating and a television. One well behaved, house trained dog permitted @ £20 per week. There is parking for one car just 30 metres away. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment, garden/terrace and one parking space.
