Our house is a single house in a quiet village and shady, you can use pool and gym for free of charge. The house is close to Charoen Charoen local market where you can have KFC , 7-eleven, BigC mini or buy some food material for cooking within 5 mins by walk or bike. It closes to ABS international School and Unity Concord School, if any one has a plan to take your child to study here, my house will be a good choice. any questions please feel free to ask The space The house is in Lanna Heritage Village. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms , 2 kitchen area ( inside and outside ) and 2 parking space For Monthly guests , The price is excluding electricity and water fee but free wifi. (We have a special price for LONGSTAY ;28 days onwards ) There are swimming pool and fitness room in the village, it's closed in every Wednesday. Kitchen : I provide a fridge, eclectic stove, Gas stove (outside the house) and basic kitchenware for you. Moreover, we installed a water purify for you, so you can use a small faucet for cooking and drink. ( A normal one for washing only) Bedroom 1-3 : I will prepare the bed linens enough for a number of guests, for ex. you come together 4 people, I will prepare a full set of bed linens for 2 bedroom. Bathroom : comes with hot shower for 2 bathroom at 2nd floor.
